Abstract
A good strategy for using small computers in a Design Office is to make them accessible to the Design Engineers, to write your own programs, a series of small single function programs. The techniques of structural analysis have not advanced in 20 years. As hardware has grown cheaper and more powerful, administration has taken the advantage.
