Abstract
The boundary element row-solver is a procedure to formulate and to compute the system matrix in the boundary element analysis. By such solver the classical fully-populated matrix is no-longer required and computer run time is also reduced.

Several examples are first introduced in order to show that reanalysis is necessary when the condition over a portion of the boundary is uncertain. An extended version of the row-solver procedure is then described so that reanalysis of a problem can be considered. A flow diagram is also given to explain the reanalysis procedure. Finally, two examples are given to show the applicability of the concept. Such technique is very well suitable to be implemented in any small computer system.
