Summary
The study, described in this paper, developed a road condition assessment system that evaluates the serviceability of an existing pavement surface. The road condition assessment system is proposed to evaluate the performance of the pavement surface and also to check the results of an evaluation using video recordings. The road condition assessment system was developed using Visual Basic for Applications.
