Nowadays railroads are focused in new operating strategies capable of managing their fleet more efficiently, in order to offer more regular and reliable services.

The application of this system of measurement and control allows strategic aspects to be managed more efficiently, and enables faster correction of possible deviations.
This system of indicators is based on an information technology using the web, where updated information can be obtained online. For the development of this tool Microsoft.Net technology is used, where the main characteristic is the use of reusable components for the development of Web solutions. The adopted programming language is C#.
For the best viewing of the information technique ResizeForm is used. The application of this system enables the maintenance of the locomotives sector to achieve greater control and traceability of their actions.
