Abstract
We tackle the importance of railway systems as part of an interdepended chain of critical infrastructures. One approach is modeling the railway systems as graphs and then applying graph measures to them. The solution in this paper takes the TOPSIS from Multiple-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) field and adapts it to produce a new aggregation of different graph measures.
