Summary
Based on the research of LEED, BREEAM, CASBEE, GBTool and other assessment systems as well as the 'Assessment Criteria of Green Buildings' in China, the authors propose a dynamic assessment system including the calculation of an objective and subjective compounding weight and dynamic weight database. The compounding weight is obtained according to a variable fuzzy method. The database is set up based on case-based reasoning (CBR). After research work, the authors also developed a green building assessment system based on B/S frame, which could convince the experts, managers and normal users to obtain data or to improve the estimation of the system. The system has been applied to some cases successfully.
