Summary
In this paper a dynamic characterization and vibration analysis has been used for the detection and identification of the machine processing condition and the effect of the production machinery vibration on building complex structures and production processes. For sensitive processing machines and structures the dynamic response from the production machinery calculations was applied using experimental input data for the spectral analysis. The dynamic analysis of the cutting production machinery with an extreme vibration level is also described.
